Clear Bag Policy
To ensure guest safety and a quicker entry into the venue, Chaifetz Arena has implemented a bag policy limiting the size and type of bag allowed into the venue. Guests are encouraged not to bring bags. If a guest wishes to bring a bag, they must meet the criteria which can be found in detail here.
Pre-Purchase Parking
Save time and secure your parking spot in the Laclede Garage for pre-purchase rate of $7. Day of parking in Laclede will cost $10. Simply purchase a spot in advance and present the receipt on your phone or bring a printed copy. Purchase here.
All garage parking is now cashless. The garages will only accept major credit/debit cards as forms of payment on the day of the show.
Accessible Parking
If you need access to accessible plarking, please enter the Olive/Compton Garage at the Olive Entrance.
