Accessible Seating is available for every event online through Ticketmaster.com, in-person at the box office, or by phone at 314-977-5000. While we do our best to accommodate everyone needing Accessible Seating, it is limited and subject to availability, so we strongly encourage purchasing Accessible Seating in advance. If a guest that has arrived at Chaifetz Arena does not have Accessible Seating and needs it, please visit the box office located along the concourse near Gate B. Again, Accessible Seating is subject to availability and may not be available the day of an event.

Tickets to SLU Billiken men's and women's basketball games can be purchased in-person at the box office or online at Ticketmaster.com. More information on SLU Athletics can be found here, or by calling 314-977-1260.

Cash and credit or debit cards with the following logos are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit or debit card purchases require a photo ID matching the card being used.

Please note, split payments are no longer accepted due to a change in our point of sale system. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

All ticket sales are final across all points-of-purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be honored once the transaction is complete. In the event of postponement or cancellation, an exception may be made and ticket-holders will be notified directly.

If you purchased tickets through the Chaifetz Arena box office or Ticketmaster and need them reprinted for any reason, please show your proof of purchase and ID at the box office for assistance. Tickets purchased via third party sources cannot be reprinted and we will not assist.

All events at Chaifetz Arena have a strict 8-ticket limit per customer unless otherwise stated.

It is in your best interest to only purchase from Ticketmaster for all Chaifetz Arena events. Ticketmaster is the only approved ticketing platform for Chaifetz Arena events. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through any other third-party source and will not assist on any problems resulting from tickets purchased through a third-party source.

Will Call is located at the box office inside Gate B. Will Call tickets are printed and available for pick up on the day of the event. To pick up will call tickets, you must have a photo ID and the credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets. We will only release tickets to those whose name appears on the ticket order/account.
